All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our research products all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any peptide products once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the issue and will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement if the shipment is confirmed lost.

Crypto Payments

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions refunds issued for crypto payments will be provided as store credit only.
