Products
What purity are your peptides?
All Iron Horse Labs peptides are ≥99% purity verified by independent third-party HPLC analysis. A Certificate of Analysis is included with every order.
What form do your peptides come in?
Our peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. This form provides maximum stability and shelf life when stored correctly.
How should I store your peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage we recommend keeping them in a freezer at -20°C. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 30 days.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes — every product ships with a Certificate of Analysis from an independent third-party laboratory confirming identity, purity, and concentration. You can also find CoAs on individual product pages.
Are your peptides safe for human use?
Our products are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. They are not approved by the FDA for human use.
Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and many other major coins processed securely through NOWPayments.
Why do I see a different wallet address at checkout?
This is normal and by design. NOWPayments generates a unique temporary wallet address for each transaction so payments can be tracked individually. Your funds are forwarded to our main wallet automatically after confirmation.
How long does payment confirmation take?
Confirmation times vary by cryptocurrency. Bitcoin typically takes 10–60 minutes. Ethereum and stablecoins are usually faster. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that they enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled from our US-based facility.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Iron Horse Labs or the contents on the outside of the package.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes — a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use it to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our research products all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on peptide products once shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
What if my order never arrives?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement if the shipment is confirmed lost.

Our products are intended for purchase by qualified researchers, scientists, and licensed professionals for legitimate laboratory research purposes. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.
Are your products legal?
Our products are sold legally as research chemicals for laboratory use only. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding research chemicals in their jurisdiction.
