SHIPPING
POLICY

Everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and ship your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

Iron Horse Labs currently ships within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled from our US-based facility. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Iron Horse Labs or the contents on the outside of the package. Products are packed in temperature-appropriate materials to maintain compound integrity during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement if the shipment is confirmed lost. Iron Horse Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Iron Horse Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately at support@ironhorselabs.com — we can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will review and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
