3. Age Requirement

4. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, purity levels, and Certificates of Analysis are accurate. However Iron Horse Labs makes no warranties regarding the suitability of any product for a specific research purpose.

5. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed and shipped.

6. Shipping

Iron Horse Labs ships within the United States only. Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged or are incorrectly shipped. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Iron Horse Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
